Classical Enrichment Courses/Part-time Enrollment

Enrolling in our part-time courses for homeschooling families can be done in person or online. Follow the directions below to begin the enrollment process. If at any time you have questions, contact Barb Menardie by email (bmenardie@sacredheartgr.org) or phone (616-459-0948). All the information you will need on pricing and scheduling is contained in the 2016-17 schedule and the CEC Tuition Contract document linked below.

Step 1: Choose Your Courses from our 2017-18 Schedule Our 2017-18 Course Schedule is now available on the Tuition Contract below. For questions regarding curriculum and probably course offerings for 2017-18, contact our Provost Zachary Good at zgood@sacredheartgr.org.

Step 2: Download and Complete Enrollment Documents Three forms are necessary for completing your family’s enrollment in the Classical Enrichment Courses program. The Family Data Form and Student Enrollment Forms cover contact information and the health and sacramental history of each student seeking admission. Our Tuition Contract outlines Sacred Heart Academy’s tuition structure and allows you to select a payment schedule. Click the links below to download each of these forms:

Step 4: Receive Confirmation of Admission Shortly after we have received your enrollment paperwork, an administrator will contact you to personally confirm admission. As classes approach, you will receive book lists, links to online readers, and additional information from individual instructors.

Step 5: Set-up Access to Online Systems Finally, each family will receive an e-mail confirming their child’s enrollment in Infinite Campus (our online grade book) and SMART Tuition (our third-party tuition collection system). With the log-in information provided at this juncture, parents will be able to access their children’s grades and their family’s tuition account any time they wish. A computer kiosk is provided at the front office of the academy for any families without home internet access.
